Refund policy

We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received

  • It must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact

  • Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is required

To initiate a return, please contact us at helpsnaploop@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange reverse pickup or provide return instructions, as applicable.


Damaged, Defective or Wrong Products

As per Indian consumer law, if you receive:

  • A defective item

  • A damaged item

  • An incorrect product

Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery at helpsnaploop@gmail.com with photos/videos.
In such cases, you will be eligible for full refund or replacement, including shipping charges.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care / hygiene items (once opened or used)

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” (clearly mentioned at time of purchase)


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed, but return rules will apply after delivery


Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned items

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Refund timeline: within 7–10 business days, as per RBI and consumer guidelines

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
You may return the product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
