  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message/email with tracking details.

If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, shipment may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.

  • Any additional charges like Cash on Delivery (COD) fees will be displayed at the time of order placement.

We currently ship across India.
At present, we do not offer international shipping.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • In case an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or full refund, as per consumer protection guidelines.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


Damaged Packages During Transit

If you receive a package that appears damaged:

  • Please do not accept the delivery OR

  • Take clear photos/videos and contact us within 48 hours at helpsnaploop@gmail.com

We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution (replacement/refund).
